(I know I'm late by a day... *grinz*)
Yesterday's public holiday was a lil bit "happening" during the 1st part of the day.
Had an AWWAB gathering cum meeting cum Re-election of the presidency. It's a family affair for my dad's side - my generations though. The cousin's affair. lol.
We're having a BIG event coming up this coming DECEMBER. I truly can't wait for it.
It's a very lively meeting, after so long that we've gathered. Loving yesterday lah :)
After the meeting, I had to rush to the GREAT NOKIA CARE CENTRE @ Woodlands Causeway point, to collect my MD's & storekeeper's faulty handset. Both Nokia N73.
I had waited for 2 hours, 3 weeks ago just to send it. So I thought the collection would be a fast game. BUT NO! They customer agent told me it'd be approx 1 - 1.5 hrs of waiting time.
Wahsey.... Current serving no. was 167 @ 1430hrs, n the ticket I got was 195.
So... I took a walk in the shopping centre, tried on shirts, bought a shirt, roam around again.after 1.5 hours of window shopping, I returned to Nokia Care,current no. serving is 185! By then my family is already waiting for me @ the taxi stand to zoom to JB for Dinner.
It was frustrating as there were SOOO many people queuing to collect & repair the phones.
It's worst than queuing @ the local Polyclinic!
Have you ever wondered why there's so many people lining up @ Nokia Care? Why is there ALWAYS a long queue @ that place? And those people waiting outside the shop... Doesn't it says SOMETHING about the phone? lol.
I don't get it, do you? Gosh.
There was an uncle who came to collect his phone, after 4 mins, he came back & looking very furious, wanting to see the manager in charge. He was saying that he sent his phone to the ctr for the 6th times and it's still faulty.So this time round is way too much. He just bought the phone a month ago - according to his wife though... ( i overheard she talking to another fella).
Minutes later, another man came in and lodged a complain. Wahsey... the people waiting @ in the line also started to complain for the very long wait to get them served!
And I'm already agitated cos it's already 1615hrs, and my no. was not called yet. Angry nieh!
Felt like shouting, felt like erupting, felt like cursing n swearing them.
So the victim was those who called me to HURRY UP! We're already waiting for you @ the taxi stand. n yeah... I raised my voice a lil bit for not being patient. lol!
1430 hrs, #195 was called, n yet I still have to wait for my MD's phone. wahsey... Binget nieh...
Checked both phones & they're fine now. Haha. No commentlah eh.
After the frustrating wait, we zoomed in to JB with 2 WISHes. The Fiery Wish & The Cool Blue Wish. It was a very smooth entrance to JB, surprisingly as it was a Public Holiday. The Fire went to CitySquare, The Cool Blue went to Southern City Giant Hypermart. I spent alot sey yesterday! The two cars meet again @ a Restaurant, I forgot the name of that cool eatz. Kak Nora recommended us to have our dinner there. Oh ya, it's LC Catering, or something like that uh.
After the great dinner we headed home, and only to find a very long,heavy, massive congestion from the Bridge to the checkpoint! WAAAH! Waited 1.5 hrs to clear the Malaysia side.
All in all...we reached home @ 11.30pm. wee wah...
And now, back to work lah!
Apalagi?! Holiday nampak, holiday nampak?!
