To stay or to leave?

Salam all.
It's FULL SHIFT for me tomorrow.
It's been 4 weeks since the employment, and yet I haven't got used to things.
Specifically, not things, BUT the people. Especially the management.
Juli has the same problem.
My first day of work, I just felt strange. I didn't feel welcome @ all.
I like my work. But I hate being @ work.
How's that?
Attending to the customers, helping the kids find those toys they wanted.
Arranging those toys. I get to interact with many different people, from all walks of life. Believe it or not, I LOVE my job scope.
But I just don't like to be @ where I am. The environment just... eeeek~!!
Just don't know how to put it in words.
Scouting for new job.
In the meanwhile, Endurance beats all.
