What's the dresscode to say InsyaAllah?

Salam all.
I'm suppose to be tucked in for the night already, but something just bothers me.
I've been doing alot of thinking about this whole issue of dresscodes of identity.
Must a person be dressed in Kurung, TUDUNG, or songkok (for some),to be identified as a muslim? or rather, to say INSYAALLAH or ASSALAMUALAIKUM a person need to be dressed that way?
What is so funny about someone who dresses as simple as a polo tee and jeans greeting his/her fellow bro/sis in islam - Assalamualaikum, or promised him/her and said, InsyaAllah?
Does it sound so funny?
Often, i got a remark which ridicule me sometimes.
recently a friend of mine exchange her no. with a colleague.
so he was telling her,
"klw senang2 call lah eh..."
and she being polite, typical of my dear fren here, she replied, "InsyaAllah"
and that MAT said this...
"Wah... InsyaAllah sey~! hahaha. chey..."
And I was looking at my fren with a look that says,
"APE JE..."
LOL~!
So...they are judging people like us that way.... what a poor thing.
sometimes when someone need advice or clarification on somethings, I will try to find a way to put in some islamic knowledge, and for those who don't know me that well will say something like... "waaah... mcm ustazah sey."
So those kind of things need to come out from mudir and mudirah only. strictly a normal person cannot say those things. hahaha.. LAME right.

Nasihat itu tidak perlu datang daripada orang yang baik sahaja, walaumacam mana jahat seseorang itu sekali pun, yang baik darinya kita ambil jadi ikhtibar, yang tidak jadikan tauladan.
So what is so funny when a tatooed person come up to you and greet you, ASSALAMUALAIKUM?
Or when an eyebrow pierced friend said INSYAALLAH to you?
Whether or not they are ikhlas and really mean it when they say that, it doesn't matter, because, who are we to judge that?
