Pizza Hut dine in? Got service,I go~!

Listening to: Seindah Biasa - CT~!!! OMG!!! CT!!!!!AAAAAA~~!!!!

Salam all.

Met nadiah after school yesterday.
Initially nad wanted to eat Deli.
But I want PH cos it's m cheaper.
After much persuation,finally we went PH.

We were made to wait for abt 7 mins to be seated.
When we are seated,we weren't given any menus.
BUT the aunty behind us was given menu and was served.

TIME CHECK:2.45pm

There were abt 20 people already seated and served when we came in.
We waited about 30 mins,for the menu~!
my friend tried to call the staff who were clearing the table behind us, BUT i guess she had an ear plug worn~!

So when another staff cleared the same table, i drummed my fingers hard and loudly,
she turned to me and asked,
"have your orders been taken?"

I just gave her a smile and shook my head.

she came to us a minute later with the menus.
5 mins after,she took down our order.

we waited....the poeple who came after us,was ushered to their seats and got their menus straight. and they got their food BEFORE ME~!
one of them actually came, dine and left~!

me n nad still waiting.

a group of 1 guy,2 ladies complaint to the restaurant manager because they waited 30 minutes to b seated. after that,they got thier orders sent wrongly,and he complaint again. and us,who came before him,didnt say a word.

until at a point I saw they served two anglo chinese girls who came 4 diners after us with full meal~!
I asked the staff
"how come they came after me got their food served, and ours not?"

and she responded,
"ya...coming...relaxlah.we r bz."

"But I came first you see. Is that your policy? Serve people who came later first?"
and i walked away.

i went back to my seat.
FIFTEEN mins later,she sent nad's PIZZA ONLY~!
and 10 mins after that,nad's chick wings.

TIME CHECK: 3.40pm

Ok now,nad's meal all complete.
And I didn't even serve myself with the soup.
I waited for my meal.

15 mins later, 3 MI students got their meals.COMPLETE.
I saw a manager by their counter.
Approached him.
"Excuse me,sir. Pardon me. I've waited for almost an hour 15 mins, and I still haven't eaten. But they have been serving those who came AFTER me. I would like to have an explaination on this please..."

and all he had to say with struggling voice was...
"i'm so sorry ma'am. i will check for you."

and he left me.just like tt.

I got back to my seat.can't contain my anger any longer.
Smsed ummi.
Called ain to release some frust. well,why ain?
Her call is free incoming, and she used to wrk in PH too. lol~ sori ain~!
Was talking quite sarcastically (is there such wrd?)and loudly that the MI boys terasa.
cos i was saying to her something abt they serving people who came after me. haha.

TIME CHECK: 4.10pm.

I still haven't got my meal yet.
And they happily served those people after me~!
The grp behind us who complaint to the restaurant manager,lodge a complain at least 4 times already~!

I stood up again went to the counter and asked for my sausage mania~!
and u noe what the stupid lady say?
"sorry,we take out everything. you pasta is coming soon."

By this time, 3 NJC guys jus seated. and forgot my manners for a while.
While I was walking to my table, i hit their chair. I didn't realise that. so sorry guys.

TIME CHECK: 4.25pm.

The waitress served the grp behind us, and i called her loudly,
"excuse me, Pls cancel my order. sausage mania and beef meat ball"

and she said,
"ah..err...can u hold on,i check for you,your order."

me,
"no no...i want to cancel my order. I've waited TWO hrs already."
and i realised soon after that i was seated like a tailong. hahaha~!!

and she was like,"err..ok.."

all eyes were on us when i said that. so u all know...i waited TWO HOURS~!

soon after,she came with a receipt and said,
"so sorry about it. My manager gave you another 3% discount for that."

Discount? Ok,im a lil cool...so i said,
"ok,thanks."

"sorry abt it again."

So nad just need to pay about $7+ aft discount.
And that, minus another $2 for student disc...she just need to pay abt $5+ only.
worth waiting? i shall say no still.

Even tho swensen is a lil more expensive, i would definitely dine there, cos im more willing to pay for their service~!
And talking abt service... we were still charged for service tax~!
damn it man~!

including this, it's the 3rd outlet of PH I regret going~!
Causeway point, CentrePoint and BB~!

there goes my craving for the meat balls. argh...

Hawker ctrs still give service,why can't big company like PH?
Even the TEKKA MARKET hawker staffs who were much bz gave me and friends an excellent on the house naan bread with keema on thursday afternoon~!
