.wat's happening?.
saw marcus online...he seemed so depressed n stressed out... oh...its not cause of his projects or lectures or tutorials or watsoever...
its because of his commitment to np. why? why marcus?
don be too committed in it... for goodness sake, you are just the Cadet Inspector...nothing more than that. and you have better things to do for your future. this CI thingy don mean anything in your testimonial! hey, you are stressed because of those bloody hell cadets...esp the sec 4 this yr rite?
why the heck you care, by all means you can jolly well step down n let woodlands ruin their npcc standard! its already atrotious, n you cant make things better by your ownself! if they don cooperate with you, get outa there! no one appreciate wat you are doing now.
not even the school...for all they know, cadets don perform well, who is to blame? you rite? well, our teacher officer will point out at you eventually...
disciplinary prob? you also... n wat the heck, you are the only CI attending to the whole npcc. frm sec 1 all the way to sec 5. for goodness sake, this yr is your 2nd yr at poly. don let this thingy destroy your mood.
sometimes i don understand these people... you scold n scold but all they did was jus nod n nothing goes in their head... have you ever thought, we did the same to our CI last time? haha... but hey, wen u were my CI last yr, i wasnt doing that, cos u didnt even scold us, cos u never treated us like ur cadet.
i believed that their foot drills are worst than ours rite? they cant get their syncronise beat together rite.
hey, u gave your best shot to tt school ok. talk things out to gary ong or in fact tan yoke lee.
u know these teachers all they know is just order u around n not look deeper...
