::..after soooo long::..
ello peeps! hehe...havent been writtg here,yeah,sort of bz n also suffering frm blogstipation.hahaha.that was what nad said.haha.no lah nad, i do have some ideas of what to write in,However, the idea only pops out when im not infront of the computer. hais... in fact, now, i dono what to write.
ok,first of all, i want to shout to one of my friend here,NURUL HUDA HAMIDI.
i know i've said this, but im going to say this again. and to those out there who refuse to let your food digest, listen up. don you ever throw up after eating!
i told you all abt me condition in my earlier posts didnt i? throwing up after eating was one of the causes which made me all sick for nothing.
hey, slimming down that way, it doesnt help much,in fact, it doesnt help. ya, its true that you shag alot of wt and look thinner, BUT, wat abt your health? wat about the food that you;ve wasted? think abt how many people in this world who does not have enough to eat - n we here have variety of dishes simply eat n throw up. might as well don eat!
sori i'm being mean here... hahha. but hey! chill ah... im just saying here becos i've experienced it before. i dont want any of you to suffer the way i do, or cud be jus worst??!! nobody knows k! i might be lucky that mine is not that so trashing till cannot cure, but wat if wen YOU do it, its much more trashing than mine? think bout the consequences.
if you don love yourself, or if you are doing this for the sake of your body, if you don care wat will happen to you, as long as you slim down, and all these ended up you being sick and make your family and loved ones damn worried and be a burden to your darlings, then stop doing this stupid diet. don do this to yourself.
